1) Do you deliver Same Day? What is the Cut-Off Time?

 Yes, we do deliver Same Day. We deliver Same Day all over Chennai. Same Day delivery orders can be accepted till 4 PM. on the date of delivery. This is just a proof of our strong Network in Chennai.  

 2) Do you deliver gift on Sundays & Holidays?

 We deliver Gifts 365 days a year including Sunday & other Holidays. However very few items which can only be delivered through Courier will be delivered only on working days.

 3.) Will the flowers be couriered? Can you Guarantee Freshness?

 No, The flowers will not be couriered. They will be hand delivered by our Chennai florist. So the flowers will be absolutely fresh.

 4.) What will you do if the delivered flowers / cakes / any perishable item is not fresh?

 If the delivered gift was not fresh at the time of delivery and if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, in such cases we shall re-deliver the gift ASAP at no extra cost. But in case the recipient accepts any order, we shall not be liable for any quality related issue later on.

 5.) What will you do if some item is not available in Chennai? How will it then be delivered in such cases?

 If some item is not available in Chennai, then we shall courier the same for delivery within 1-3 days time depending on location and holidays, if any.

 6.) Can you deliver customized Gift which is not there in the website?

 Yes, we can deliver customized Gifts anywhere in Chennai.  In that case you have to send us an email & we shall confirm you the same.

 7.) Do you send any Greeting Card along with the ordered flowers / gifts?

 Yes, we do send a greeting card along with all ordered gifts that carry your message.

 9) What if I want any delivery dot on time?

 We guarantee delivery of orders at a particular date. However, taking into consideration the traffic & road conditions in Chennai, we could not guarantee any particular time. We deliver 95% of all orders on time indicated by our customers. Just mention your time in the Other Instructions Box in Order Form. Here we must tell you that Fresh Baked Cakes are available only after 10.30 am. So please do not insist on Cakes delivery early morning. We do not deliver earlier days gift if not requested by the customer.  

 10) How do I know if my order has been delivered or not?

  It may not be possible to update the Order delivery status online at all times. We in general update orders for next day morning. For immediate update just give us a call at . However, be sure, we deliver 99.999% of orders on date.
