1. Respective Brand owners will be accountable for the quality of product.  You can lodge grievance against them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.

2. Flower arrangements and cakes shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement or the look and feel of cake varies due to availability of flowers or ready cakes and other reasons beyond our control.

3. If ordered flowers / cake /mithai / chocolates are not available in Chennai, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake /mithai of equal value.

4. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within next business days in Chennai.

5. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

6. No claim of whatever reason under any situation will be acceptable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.

7. In case of any grievance against the quality of product we shall redeliver the product subject to approval of recipient. But all such claims should be raised within 48 Hours of delivery in Chennai. 8. In case a client wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours prior to the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.

12. Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Thus fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. In exceptional cases you may insist to keep the cake previous day in refrigerator & deliver it next morning. But we don't recommend our customers to do this.

13. We do assure the delivery on date BUT we don't guarantee the delivery on any particular time. We do try to deliver within your specific time but we do not guarantee that. And normally we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring your specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time.

14. The prices quoted at our website is for FREE delivery within Chennai.

15. The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark. All Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) items sold on the website are Non-Alcoholic.

16. Orders received after 4 Pm IST shall generally be processed as next day orders BUT we shall try our best to deliver same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

17. Right of Refusal:
